    • Items purchased in-store or online may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

  2. Refunds on Services (E.g., Catering or Custom Orders)

    • Deposits for catering and custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

    • Refunds for cancellations of these services are subject to review, depending on the notice period and preparation status.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products

    • If a product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund. We may require proof, such as a photo.

  4. Gift Cards

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
